Though every REALTOR® is different, consumers falsely suppose that every REALTOR® operates similarly. Realtors structure their businesses personally, advertise by various means and places, and use a variety of sales techniques. My skills, knowledge, and expertise are evident in my proven track record and my personal approach for getting the job done. I have been awarded Top Producer, Top Selling Agent, Top Transactions, and Top Listing Agent.
My background includes experience teaching both children and adults. I directed private pre-schools, taught pre-kindergarten, and also taught teachers on how to develop age appropriate curriculums. I had taught for over seven years. I have successfully negotiated union contracts, and I mentor other real estate professionals. These and other related experiences have contributed to the development of effective practices that transfer to my real estate career.
Adapting to the ongoing changes in the real estate market is a must for agents. I volunteer on the Education Committee at Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®. I monitor real estate classes, and enroll in monthly and quarterly continuing education courses in the real estate industry, having achieved several designations, among them, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Risk Reduction Graduate, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource, and Military Relocation Professionals. Most recently I have graduated from the Nevada Association of REALTORS® Leadership course.
